These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, purchases, and travel services provided by Valley Vibes Tours & Travels (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website, making a booking, or engaging with our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read carefully before confirming any booking. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

Client / Traveler: A person or group booking travel services with Valley Vibes.
Services: Tours, packages, bookings, transport, permits, guides, meals, and related travel services.
Booking: Confirmation of travel services through payment and acceptance of itinerary.

2. Booking & Confirmation

1. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the prescribed advance payment and written confirmation from Valley Vibes.

3. You must provide accurate details (name, ID, contact, medical conditions) at the time of booking.

4. Full payment is required prior to departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Itinerary Changes

1. Valley Vibes reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, permits, road closures, safety).

2. Alternate arrangements will be provided where practicable.

3. Minor itinerary changes do not constitute a breach of contract.

4. Permits & Documentation

1. Certain destinations (e.g., Adi Kailash, restricted valleys) require special permits.

2. Valley Vibes will assist with permits, but final approval is at the discretion of local authorities.

3. Clients must carry valid government-issued photo ID and any required permits during travel.

5. Payments

1. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.

2. All bank charges, gateway fees, and currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the client.

3. Outstanding payments must be cleared before the trip start date.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available separately on our website. By booking, you agree to those terms.

7. Travel Insurance

1. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all tours, especially high-altitude or adventure packages.

2. Valley Vibes is not liable for costs arising from medical emergencies, evacuation, trip interruptions, or loss of personal belongings.

8. Health & Fitness

1. Travelers must be medically fit and capable of high-altitude travel where applicable.

2. Valley Vibes may refuse participation in activities if a traveler is deemed unfit for safety reasons.

3. Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.

9. Accommodation & Transport

1. Hotels, homestays, and transport partners are selected based on availability and seasonal conditions.

2. Star ratings, amenities, and service levels may vary by destination.

3. Valley Vibes is not responsible for service quality issues beyond our control (e.g., hotel staff, driver behavior).

10. Force Majeure

1. Valley Vibes is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
   . Natural disasters
   . Government restrictions
   . Severe weather
   . Strikes / civil unrest
   . Pandemics

2. In such cases, rescheduling, partial refunds, or credits may be offered where practicable.

11. Conduct & Safety

1. Travelers are expected to follow safety guidelines and instructions from guides or transport staff.

2. Valley Vibes reserves the right to remove travelers from tours if their conduct endangers others or violates rules, without refund.

12. Liability

1. Valley Vibes acts as a travel facilitator and agent.

2. We are not liable for indirect losses, personal injuries, property damage, or theft unless due to proven negligence on our part.

3. Maximum liability will be limited to the cost of the affected services.

13. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the website (text, images, logos) is owned by Valley Vibes or used with permission.

2. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or republished without written consent.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City/State].
