This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through Valley Vibes Tours & Travels (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a tour or travel service with us, you agree to the terms below. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our support email.
If you decide to cancel your confirmed tour or service, refunds will be issued subject to the following cancellation charges:

Notes:
• Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost.
• Refunds will be processed only after deduction of applicable cancellation fees.
• If the tour involves non-refundable services (permits, stays, transport bookings), additional charges may apply.
We may cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings, unsafe conditions (weather, route closures), force majeure events, or operational issues.
In such cases you may choose:
• A full refund, or
• An alternative date or tour of equal value, subject to availability.
Valley Vibes will not be liable for any incidental costs incurred (flight/train tickets, personal bookings) due to tour cancellation.
• Refund requests must be sent via email to: support@valleyvibestravels.com
• Refunds will be issued within 14–21 business days of approval.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Bank charges and transaction fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Date changes, itinerary modifications, or traveler substitutions are considered amendments.
• Amendments are permitted subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• Requests for changes should be submitted in writing at least 14 days before departure.
No refund will be provided for:
• Unused services (hotel nights, transfers, meals) due to early departure or missed connections.
• Personal decisions to leave the tour early.
• Weather delays, delays caused by government authorities or route closures.
• Violation of tour rules or safety guidelines.
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and high-altitude travel risks. Travel insurance does not replace our cancellation policy.
Events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government order, etc.) may lead to postponement or cancellation. In such events, refunds or credits will be offered where practicable, but Valley Vibes cannot be held liable for losses incurred.
