Itinerary
Long scenic drive (9–12 hrs) through Devprayag, Karanprayag, and Chamoli region to the base village Lohajung. Overnight stay.
Start trek through forests of oak, rhododendron to Didna (~6–8 km, 5–6 hrs). Camping at Didna.
Ascend to the stunning alpine meadow of Ali Bugyal (~11,300 ft), then on to Khobal Tal. Spectacular high-altitude views. Camping near the lake.
Cross Bedni Bugyal (beautiful meadow), reach Ghairoli Patal campsite.
Descend to Wan village, then drive back to Lohajung.
Return drive and conclude trek.
